This morning I downloaded the burndown sheet from the google drive and changed it to cater to what we are doing. Currently we have 44 jobs, this is including all of the important models and the jobs involved in getting the level working.
Currently we are behind on schedule, this is due to a slow start, however now we are beginning to get on track.
After creating the burndown I got some help from the rest of my group and we began to create an asset list within excel, this will allow a more clear view of what is done, as Trello is good for our project management however this sheet is more clear on the steps that have been completed.
